Fellow Orthodontist has partnered with Grin in order to provide our patients with the latest in orthodontic teledentistry.
You’re a busy person, and we understand that an in-person visit with your orthodontist can take up a lot of your valuable time. That’s why we’re proud to be able to offer virtual appointments with Grin.
How does Grin work?
Smartphone owners can now have virtual orthodontic appointments and have their treatment progress monitored from home by using the Grin app.
The way Grin works is simple:

Special deliveries
Once you start your treatment, we’ll email you a link to download the Grin mobile app, along with any additional instructions. At the same time, we’ll be sending you a Grin kit in the mail, containing the special phone attachment you will need for your virtual appointments.

Connect with us
Once you’ve installed the Grin app, you’ll need to set up a patient profile. After you’ve done this, you’ll be able to use the built-in messaging system to ask Dr. Tony any questions you may have.

Self scan
When your kit arrives, attach the Grin scope to your phone, launch the app, and follow the prompts to create your first scan. The video below shows the process of using the Grin app and scope to do a self-scan of your teeth.

Share with us
When complete, send the scans to the Fellow Orthodontist team for Dr. Tony to review.
The entire scan process typically takes less than 5 minutes.
